6 Causes of Frequent Mood Swings

Perhaps every person has felt frequent mood changes at some period of his or her life and it’s absolutely natural. 4. Too much coffee

Nevertheless, if you drink too much of caffeine-containing beverages, you may feel anxiety and get easily irritated. You may have difficulties getting calm because your nervous system is overly stimulated.

Don’t drink more than two or three cups of coffee a day. It will help you to feel fresh and keep control over your emotions at the same time.

6. Nutrition
Our mood may be changed together with the levels of glucose in the blood. The higher the index of blood sugar is, the higher our spirits are and vice versa. Sugar stimulates our nervous system the way similar to caffeine. That’s why a bar of chocolate can make us happier. Yet when the level of sugar in blood goes down, so does our mood.

Try to control the amount of sweet you eat during the day. Constant blood sugar levels will help you to avoid frequent mood changes.
